ABOUT OKUYA SOFT BLEND

Unleashing the perfect Wazuka

Introducing our very first matcha creation: a unique blend of two of the most popular tea cultivars from Kyoto, Yabukita and Okumidori

Introducing our very first matcha creation: a unique blend of two of the most popular tea cultivars from Kyoto, Yabukita and Okumidori. Our expertly crafted matcha is the result of blending the finest tea leaves from multiple tea gardens in Kyoto, each with their own distinct flavor profile.

Kyoto has a long and rich history of producing high-quality matcha, and our new blend is no exception. Our secret recipe has been carefully crafted to bring out the best qualities of both Yabukita and Okumidori tea leaves, resulting in a matcha that is smooth, balanced, and unforgettable.

Yabukita is the most widely cultivated tea cultivar in Japan, and it is known for its balanced flavor profile and versatility. Okumidori, on the other hand, is a more unique cultivar that is prized for its rich, umami flavor and vibrant green color. By blending these two popular cultivars together, we have created a matcha that is truly unique.

Our matcha is made from the highest quality tea leaves, grown in the pristine tea fields of Kyoto. The leaves are carefully harvested by hand and processed using traditional Japanese techniques to ensure that only the finest tea is used. We then blend the tea leaves to create a matcha that is the perfect balance of flavor, aroma, and texture.

When you taste our Yabukita and Okumidori blend matcha, you'll experience a vibrant green color, a rich aroma, and a smooth, creamy texture. The flavor is well-rounded and complex, with notes of sweetness and umami that linger on the palate.

Whether you're a seasoned matcha connoisseur or a newcomer to the world of Japanese tea, our unique blend of Yabukita and Okumidori matcha is sure to delight your taste buds. It's perfect for sipping on its own, or for use in a wide variety of culinary applications.

We're excited to share our latest creation with the world, and we can't wait for you to experience the rich flavors and unique character of our Kyoto Yabukita and Okumidori matcha blend.

MATCHA vs COFFEE

A Steady Boost

According to many studies, a cup of matcha contains less caffein than a cup of coffee. The natural L-theanine in matcha calms your mind and body while absorbing caffeine which gives you a focused 4-6 hour boost! Matcha provides a steady increase in energy and focus without sudden spikes or crashes like with coffee and energy drinks.
